Achieving for Children have launched a new website called the https://www.afcinfo.org.uk/. 

This single website incorporates the existing SEND Local Offer but also includes a dedicated section for Young People and a Community Information section.

This website   https://www.afclocaloffer.org.uk/   provides information on local services and support available for families including children and young people with special educational needs or disabilities.
